Description: Inspiration College of Teacher Education organized 'Uttarakhand Kautik' on Wednesday, 16th April 2025. The event was held to showcase the rich culture of Uttarakhand and to strengthen the connection between all members of the Inspiration team and the pupil teachers with the traditions of the region. A cultural dance of Uttarakhand was performed by the girls of the 1st semester, while the 4th semester pupil teachers set up various stalls representing different aspects of Uttarakhand. These stalls featured displays on tourist destinations, Aipan art, traditional attire and jewellery of the Kumaun and Garhwal regions, local crops, medicinal plants, and regional dance forms. Additionally, a variety of authentic Uttarakhandi dishes were presented and enjoyed by all. It was a wonderful opportunity to immerse in and celebrate the cultural heritage of Uttarakhand. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the Kautik.
